I have been revising and changing over my diet to remove added salt due to some health concerns. My family hails from Maryland so Old Bay was a staple in our cabinet and in our food. I was hoping there was a salt-free version out there and was thrilled to find this product.  I have used it and my family loves it! Definitely will buy this product again.

Remember that,, no salt. When on a restrictive diet you miss salt quiet a bit. But you look for flavor. This seafood seasoning will provide that flavor. Not original Old Bay, but very good when restricted.

I would never have known about these no salt spices had I not seen One of my Favorite YouTuber cooks Michelle Cottrell use them!  . And they did not disappoint. I love that I can season my food as strongly as I want with this  take on old Bay flavor profile, but without The salt. I can then control the amount of salt and the type of salt I use. Thank you, Marshalls Creek!
