Pink Curing Salt Mini Jar
4 ounce jar of Pink Curing Salt
Ingredients: salt, sodium nitrite, proplyn glicode, fd&c red#3,
Ratio is 1 part PCS to 4 parts protein
Arrowroot Mini Jar
2 ounce jar of Arrowroot
Ingredients: arrowroot (powdered).
Often used as a gravy thickener. Better than Corn Starch as it never
clumps or gets gooey and it has no taste. Chefs love it for these reasons.
