Quick Gravy Recipe

Sauté garlic in butter or olive oil.

Add flour or Arrowroot to Water,

1-2 tsp. of Soup Base to 1 cup water.

Stir well until bubbly, add a dash of

Worcestershire sauce.

Once again remember no salt. This adds a nice flavor to the plain no salt added chicken stock when making a pot of soup.
