Several times a week I make a breakfast sausage sandwich using one of my home grown free range eggs, some local grass fed cheese, and tomato and onion from my garden. For the meat I take some ground wild game meat I have harvested and season it with this blend.
The result is an absolutely delicious breakfast! The mixture does require a little additional salt but that is good as I like to control that myself.
