A sodium-restricted diet forces you to be creative at mealtime. Instead of greasy salty sausage patties, we liberally sprinkle this blend on a turkey burger for our breakfast EggSammy and as the meat with pancakes or waffles. For dinner, we shovel 2 rounded tablespoons into our no-boil baked pastas where ground turkey takes the place of beef or pork. The flavor says, no, make that, screams "Sausage!"
