I love this one!!!!   Especially when making  scrambled  eggs, heat in fry pan with butter first, then add eggs,  super, my husband loves this !!!

I have not used them in a recipe yet, but I think the smell and a quick taste test beat any other dried onion by a mile.  These should be a great way to replace fresh chopped onion in almost any recipe, and not get the "processed" taste that other brands seem to have.  The additional "step" of roasting the onions, brings out a delightful flavor that I appreciate.
