Love this company and many no salt offerings. Unfortunately ,this No Salt Fajita seasoning wasn't up to our CA Mexican food expectations. We found the mix to be bland and very little spiciness. We weren't sure how to make our faitas with this 1 ounce package because not instructions are given. So we added the whole 1 ounce package to our skillet with 1 lb sliced chicken breast, 2 bell peppers and half an onion. Also added a 1/2 cup hot water. It seemed that we had too much seasoning for this amount of ingredients but we were surprised that the flavors were bland. Mainstays for fajitas here in CA always contain chili powder, red pepper flakes, oregano . This mix needs some more work to become a more authentic fajita mix.
