My husband just loves the Raspberry/with Raspberry Truffle 😋 Bundt Cake I make with Marshalls Creek Raspberry Flavoring. It's very thick, unlike some other brands that are like water. I  highly recommend this and all of their products. Can't go wrong with Marshall's Creek!

I bought the flavoring to use in making gelatin desserts for my diabetic husband.  He loves the raspberry.
1 cup Stevia
2 pkg Knox gelatin
1 tsp raspberry flavoring
1 cup cold water
3 cups hot water

Into 1 cup cold water, add the stevia, gelatin & flavoring.  Stir well.  Still stirring, add 3 cups hot water.  Pour into 1 cup containers or bowl, put into refrigerator to set.  4 servings.
