Marshalls Creek Spice Co. is the only place I’ll have to go to get all the spices I’ll ever need!

We've used many brands of candied (crystallized) ginger over the years, but this is as close to fresh as it gets.  Amazing amount of "heat" in this stuff!  It's real ginger root slices, not a ground-up and shaped product.  Couldn't be happier.
