Wow! Opening the first jar we purchased, the smell was wonderful. A pungent celery aroma filled the air. Was so impressed, we purchased the larger size. We use the flakes just as we would use celery.

I've searched high and low for celery flakes.  But I know I can always find them at Marshall Creek spices!  Great prices and HUGE selections.
