I use in place of tomatoes and tomato paste in alot of dishes. Adds a special flair to dishes that sometimes are missing something. I keep in fridge to avoid clumping

Wonderful! I have used it as a soup flavor enhancer, and a seasoning for many foods. I love it! Shipping was quick and the free extra samples were a nice surprise!
