Primarily used as a condiment in many desert recipes such as doughnuts, apple pie, cinnamon buns, Mexican chocolate. Also used with sugar to enhance breads, cereals, oatmeal and fruits. Middle Eastern recipes use it with chicken and lamb while Persian recipes use it a variety of dishes from soups to sweets.

I won't be a monthly customer as I only get the Cinnamon Sticks.  But, you do have a lifetime customer. And I will certainly brag as to where I got them.  This order was much better than the last.  All the sticks are much larger.
