I have been ordering the green and red sweet bell pepper flakes for a while now and I love them.  I put them in my omelets to enhance the flavor.

I was so happy to hear that you are up and running again.  My order came this past weekend and I love the smell of the peppers when I opened the bottle.  My omelets were missing this key ingredient.
I highly recommend the red and green sweet bell peppers.

I have ordered the red and green sweet bell peppers  because I was looking for a way to incorporate peppers into my food without having to throw away fresh produce that would go bad too quickly.  I love the flavor and all the possible usages for these peppers.  I particularly like to add a little water to them to plump them up a bit then add them to my omelets.
