I cook for a living. Both as a food vendor at festivals and such, and at a non profit rehab facility. Quite often we have fund raisers for which we sell Indian tacos. I also sell Indian tacos as well as wet burritos at my vendor gigs. I make gallons of chili at a time for the tacos and many pounds of ground beef for the burritos. I use this taco seasoning in both the chili and burrito filling. I wanted seasoning I could buy in bulk, and that had consistent flavor and quality. People rave over the taste and I even have other people ask if I can make my "special" chili for their needs as well. All I can say is, try it. They have regular and salt free as well. I have jugs of both and both are equally delicious. I live in southern Oklahoma, and people take their chili seriously around here. It never fails, at every single event I have at least a few people say it's the best Indian taco they've ever had. Thanks, Marshalls Creek. You have a customer for life.
