I love this spice mix, and I use it in lots of recipes that are enhanced by dill. Recently, for instance, I used it to make a vegan dill pickle chip dip -- superb. I also use it in a "corn butter" recipe (basically, a spread made from blending canned corn with a few spices).
Corn butter recipes are pretty easy to find online. None call for dill, but believe me -- add a TBS of this spice mix to the recipe and it will be even better than usual!
The chip dip recipe is harder to find, so I'll share it here. This spice mix makes it super duper tasty.
Vegan Dill Pickle Chip Dip: In a blender, blend 10-12 oz. box of silken tofu (the shelf-stable kind) + 1 TBS maple syrup + 2 TBS apple cider vinegar or dill pickle brine. Then add 4-6 dill pickle spears and blitz in blender until chunky. Put into container, and mix in 1 TBS of Marshalls Creek Ranch Dressing Spice Blend No Salt. Adjust seasonings if needed. Chill and enjoy!
