Spicy & Hot! March 18, 2019 Reviewer: Dan from Cleveland, OH United States   We've used many brands of candied (crystallized) ginger over the years, but this is as close to fresh as it gets.  Amazing amount of "heat" in this stuff!  It's real ginger root slices, not a ground-up and shaped product.  Couldn't be happier.
