My new pantry must have February 16, 2021 Reviewer: Deb from Ga   Try these fried!❤ I have a 3 garlic pasta recipe that for 'blessing the oil with sliced garlic which I burned often. Here's the answer. I have used this in every recipe I create that I can put garlic in. Convenience August 3, 2016 Reviewer: Mark Matson from Hillsboro, OR United States   In humid climates bulbs like garlic can have a very short lifespan.  Having the sliced, dehydrated garlic comes in handy - either reconstituted in a boiling water, pulverized in a mortar & pestle, or tossed in a hot cooking liquid  to reconstitute during the cooking process.  Great flavor and great convenience.
