I like the California onion powder over regular. It adds a uniques taste that gets complements when I use. I store in fridge to avoid clumping in high humidity

Marshall Creek California is one of my favorite spice seasoning.  I use it on all of meats and my mashed potatoes. It gives a good flavor to your food. I have been using for sometime now.  I use to use McCormick California onion spice but I couldn't find anymore. Luckily I went on Amazon & found this brand and it's even better.
