Excellent, an almost universal seasoning March 9, 2022 Reviewer: Bart from Hattiesburg, MS   I love the Cajun seasoning and put it on almost everything.  A lot of people wonder if they would prefer Cajun or Creole, and I'd say it comes down to how do you feel about cumin.  The Cajun is spicy but has no cumin, the Creole has a definite cumin profile, both in taste and smell.  The Creole is great for specific dishes (like chili or mexican), but it's not as universal as the Cajun.  IMHO Was this review helpful to you?
