Description
 
Ingredients: kosher salt, black pepper, sage, garlic, onion, rosemary, marjoram, cayenne, nutmeg

Mix 2 heaping tsp. with 1 lb ground pork or turkey. Add 1 TBSP maple syrup if desired. Form into patties and fry in a nonstick pan and enjoy :)

I make homemade sausage and this mix is excellent.  Everyone enjoys the flavor.  Only issue is the texture.  There are too many inedible sticks left in the blend requiring me to grind the mix and hand sift the mixture to remove large stems.  

Follow up………I received a handwritten note telling me that the mixing procedure  has been changed to remove any sticks.  The new sausage mix still has the great taste without any issues with the blend.  Well done.  Big fan of your products.
