I use this with most of my vegetable dishes.  The garlic, onion, parsley and black pepper compliment each other and bring out flavor without overwhelming my vegetables.

I really love this combinations of seasonings and appreciate that it is a no salt product. I am able to add the amount of salt I want without worrying about oversalting my food. I especially like this blend with roasted vegetables.
